Clinid provides secure note-taking and collaboration tools for healthcare professionals. By using the product, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and safeguarding access to devices where your account is active.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

We process data in line with applicable privacy requirements, including NDPA-aligned principles for consent, access controls, and auditability.

4. Security Practices

We use secure session handling, controlled access, and encrypted transport to protect account and clinical data.

5. Cookies and analytics

Clinid uses a few cookies to keep you signed in and safe. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them. They show which features help and never record what you type, patient details, notes or anything in a patient's record. Analytics data is kept by PostHog in the EU (Frankfurt). Change your choice any time in Cookie settings: in the site footer, in Settings then Privacy for practitioners, or in the account menu for patients.
