Clinid takes photos, PDFs, Word and Excel files, and audio. Other kinds of file are turned away.
That file did not finish uploading
The connection dropped before the whole file arrived. Try again, ideally on a steadier connection.
A document cannot be deleted
Once a document is part of the record, or part of a completed note, it stays. Archive it instead, so it is out of the way.
If Clinid says documents are not available right now, it is on our side. Message us.
