Scribe: minutes, consent and recordings

Ask the patient first
Before you record a visit, Clinid asks you to record the patient’s consent. Recording does not start until you do.
Your minutes ran out
Each plan includes a number of scribe minutes. When they run out, the scribe stops. You can keep writing the note yourself, or open Plan to choose a plan with more minutes.
What happens to the audio
Dictation keeps no recording. A visit recording is removed once the note is completed. Uploaded audio can be m4a, mp3, wav or webm, up to 25 MB.
