My note will not save

Clinid saves a note as you type. The small words near the note's buttons show Saving, then Saved.

Not saved yet, will retry

Clinid could not reach the server for a moment. Keep typing. It tries again on its own and the words change to Saved once it gets through.

Could not save

1. 1Check that you are connected to the internet.
2. 2Copy any text you just typed, so you have it to hand.
3. 3Reload the page and open the note again.

This note is open in another tab

The same note is open somewhere else. Choose Edit here to carry on in this tab, then close the other one.

A completed note is locked, so typing in it will not save. To add something, use an addition.
