Turn on sign-in codes

Sign-in codes add a second step. When you sign in on a new device, we email you a 6-digit code to type in after your password. Some apps call this two-step sign-in.
- 1Open Settings, then Security.
- 2Find Sign-in codes and turn them on.
- 3Type the code we email you to confirm.
The code has not arrived
Check your spam folder, and that the email address on your account is one you can open. Wait for the option to send a new code, then try again.
