Nothing is shared unless you choose. Open Who can see my record to see the practitioners, family and carers who have access.
Stop sharing
Open Who can see my record and choose the person, then the button beside them, for example Stop sharing or Remove. Some, such as a guardian, cannot be stopped from here.
Something looks wrong
Open the item and choose Ask for a correction. Say what is wrong. Nothing changes until your practitioner checks it.
